DM is a good looking, red roan gelding with all the chrome! He is 5 years old, 14.3HH and weighs 1150lbs. This gelding is the biggest sweetheart that we have had on our ranch in a long time. He loves the attention, meets you at the gate, super quiet disposition, babysits our children and does whatever they ask of him and has all the talent in the world to be a great one, and has a pedigree to go with it. His sire is Meteles Cat, a NCHA Hall of Fame stallion with significant earnings of $437,016, marking him as one of the cutting horse industry's most distinguished horses. DM has been used to do pretty much every job on our ranch at some point or another. We have used him in the pasture to treat and move yearlings, brand calves, and chase strays. He’s worked in the feedlot, doctored cattle of all ages in all scenarios, and swam creeks. This gelding has been a nice horse to have around our ranch. He is a finished heel horse, good in the box, reads cattle with patience on the corner, and finishes the run with a big sliding stop! He is broke to ride, moves off leg pressure, lopes around on a loose rein and is very athletic. DM is ready to go to work in whatever discipline you choose and built to last a lifetime! He has been used at the rope horse futurities as a 4 year old and we have hauled him to many jackpots and he loves his job. Fits high and low numbered ropers.
